    七月十六日凌晨一時多，深深地吸了一口氣，探視著自己期待卻又平靜的心境。 一個多月，背著大背包去西藏、去尼泊爾。我想去看西藏的神山聖湖，想坐在聖湖旁看日落看星空，我想在那地平綫特別高的國度欣賞份外高、份外藍的天空，我想透過微笑去接觸、去了解當地的文化生活。我想在那些純真的國度再次認識自己，我想在高原上放下那些早該不存在的煩惱。沒有了亙聯網，少了電話，放下了學校的課業，離開了熟悉的生活環境，我很想很想去發現一片最樸實的世外桃園。
